Pineapple Grill is pleased to introduce our new Kitchen Manager, Derlin Gijal. Derlin has over 20 years culinary experience, specializing in pacific rim cuisine. Derlin has held various positions ranging from opening home town diners to running restaurant operations at luxury resorts throughout Hawaii.
Derlin has a true passion for showcasing Hawaii’s local ingredients and native seafood. Working with local farmers and fishermen she is able to bring to life the true essence of Pacific cuisine.
